Warm up the playground loop.
At Fat Boy start on Nelson run run 3 x 1/4 cutdown with 1/4 recovery.
That will land you back at the Highland School circle.
Run 4 x 220 cutdown finishing the circle for recovery after each 220.
Finish there for just under 4 Miles.
Run FB course backward for almost 5.5 Miles or cool down shorter.
