Rouzan Run with Olympia Park loop

Rouzan 2 or 5 Mile Run with 30/30s or Minute/Minutes

2 Mile with 4 x 30/30s- run easy to Butler’s waterstop. On the run back we need to get in a workout to get your heart rate up and legs turning over faster.

Do 30 seconds of picking up your pace then 30 seconds easy jog. Do that 4 times on the way back to Rouzan Circle.

5 Mile with 8 x Minute/Minutes- one mile warm up. Then run 1 minute picking up your pace then 1 minute easy. Repeat 8 times. Easy run in with stop at Butler water stop.
