This past Saturdays’ Stuff workout was challenging. Today is shakeout run.
By “shakeout run” we mean easy run with some faster paced striders to get your legs stretched out and moving.
RUN NOTES: Strides are also known as striders, stride-outs, or accelerations. They're about 110 meter accelerations build to about 75% of your max speed, and then gradually slow to a stop. One stride should take you about 20-35 seconds depending on your ability.
3 Miles- run easy to Goodwood Park and back. There will be water at the Varsity truck at the park.
4-5 Miles - easy run to Goodwood Park.
Run 2 -4 laps of the park alternating 110 strider with 110 easy around the park. Cones will be out to mark 110.
Easy run back
There will be water at the VS truck at the park.
