It’s easy to see that this workout is one of my favorite’s for after a hard weekend run. We typically do it at Lake Erie but this course is also a nice lit circle.
Warmup on Fat Boy course to the Highland School circle. It’s a little over 1.5 Miles.
4 x 220 cutdown. Jog a full circle lap. 4 x 220 duplicating the first set.
Cool down however many miles you want.
