The weather forecast is dreadful but we’ll try to get it in.
I know a lot of you are tired from long runs on Saturday. The beauty of a “timed” ladder is that you just pick up the pace as much or as little as your tired legs want to move. BUT it allows you to stretch out and get your heart rate up a little.
Go to the peninsula first going clockwise around University Lake.
Warm up an easy mile. Then run a timed ladder of 5 minute pick-up followed by 5 minutes easy; 4/4;3/3; 2/2; and 1/1.
