Post Half/Full Marathon we are going to take a second week of just running.
Next week we will ease into some shorter, faster workouts for upcoming Shamrock 5K(March) and Fat Boy 5K(April)
2 Miles - to BR Beach water fountain and back
4 Miles - around University Lake
5 Miles - around University and City Park Lakes skipping Lake Erie.
*I won’t be there for either runs as we are doing inventory in BR
