Warm up down Hollydale to Lake Erie
4 x 110 cutdown starting to work on being quicker, faster turnover. Finish the lake for recovery.
4 x 220 cutdown. Finish the lake for recovery.
1 x 440 to finish it up.
Cool down Fiero for shorter and Hollydale for longer.
