We are going to begin working the FB course to get ready for that race and other Spring 5K.
Warm up to Sunset Blvd/playground loop back to Fat Boy start.
3 x 220 up the first hill in the first 1/4 of the race. Jog back to cone start after each.
3 x 220 up the hill leading into Mile Mark 1. Jog back to cone start after each
3 x 220 at the Highland School circle.
Finish the Fat Boy course back as your cool down.
