Since last week was a washout for most of us… let’s repeat the workout at Lake Erie.
It is not as challenging without the 330. But we have up to 20 1/4s scheduled for Thursday so this is a good tune up
Warm up to Lake Erie
SHORT LADDER - it’s a little shorter by skipping the 330 but a little more challenging with longer interval a beginning and end.
440/220/110 finish the lake recovery. Jog a middle lap and quick water. 110/220/440.
Cool down back to City Park
