3 Mile Easy Run(for those wanting a run not a workout for Shamrock 5K)
3 Miles with 1 Mile on Shamrock course. Warm up a mile. From Mile 1-2 on your GPS watch run a pick up mile. It is roughly where Mile 1-2 is on the Shamrock race course.
Run the mile no more than 20 seconds slower than goal 5K Pace.
Example if you want to average 8:00 minute a mile - run this pick up mile in 8:15.
4.5 Miles with 2 x 1 Mile on Shamrock course. Warm up a mile. From Mile 1-2 on your GPS watch run a pick up mile. It is roughly where Mile 1-2 is on the Shamrock race course.
3 Miles from Pelican to Mars - run the City Park loop twice for 4.5
Run the mile no more than 20 seconds slower than goal 5K Pace.
Repeat the same mile 2nd time at the same pace.
DOG WALK - Jenni will lead the walk up and down Cherokee and back.
