Varsity is working with Walker Higgins on an all comers 1 Mile race at Catholic High Track on Saturday, June 3rd.
There will also be a 4 x 220 Retro Relay with 2 guys/2 girls on each team
We asked Hall of Fame Coach Boudreaux to send us a few workouts to get us ready this month.
***If you have shifted into maintenance mode and have no interest in the Mile Workouts…just come and cruise through the intervals at a moderate pace.
Warm up down Hollydale to Lake Erie.
YOU NEED TO TRY TO DETERMINE A GOAL MILE PACE
Run 2 Lake Erie laps running the 110 straights working on pace and form. There are 2 110’s in each lap.
Cones will be out.
4-6 x 220 at Goal Mile Race Pace finishing the Lake loop for recovery.
Cool down Fiero or Hollydale.
