8.5 Miles with 2 x 1 Mile Pickup late in the run for a little summer strength work
Mile Pickup should be 1 Mile Goal time plus 1 minute to 1/1/2 minutes(for those of you racing the Mile)
Pickups from 5-6 and 7-8 Miles
Water/electrolytes at Cedardale and University Lake
**you may want to put some extra water at the City Park Oak for after the 5-6 pickup
