**We will try to get a Group Picture after the warm up at 7:50 a.m.
25-30 minutes to get there.
Directions and parking: Coming from I-12, go straight through the light at Yellow Jacket Blvd. Turn right just before the chain link fence on the north side of campus, go straight back towards the stadium.
Warm up 1-2 miles before workout.
20 x 1/4 Mile with a 1 minute recovery
10 x 1/4 with a 1 minute recovery for less experience runners.
Cool down as many miles and you want or need.
Water will be provided by the DHS staff.
