Warm up 1.5 mile down Esplanade to Audubon to Seven Oaks to the park.
**This is Option 2 for V Challengers to do the whole workout. Those of you that have completed it once or not in the V Challenge just do as many 1/4s as you want.
20 x 1/4 Mile with a 1 minute recovery
10 x 1/4 with a 1 minute recovery for less experience runners.
Cool down after of straight back to Brew Ha Ha
