The beginning of August means the end of core work Muscle Monday and starting to ease into light workouts for Fall Training.

Warm Up to Lake Erie

Run 1/4 moderate pick up. Recover a 1/4. Run 220 moderate pick up. Finish the lake to recover.

Repeat this set 3 times.

Cool down back to City Park.

My truck will be at Lake Erie.
