Aubri Wolfe from Mizuno will be at the bike path on Country Club for you to take some laps in the Mizuno models. The updates to all the models has really been great!! Try them.
Warm up 2 Miles with 1 Mile Cool Down. **shorten by running straight to Country Club bike path
Light workout to get us back in the groove.
4 x 1/4 finish the loop for recovery after each.
Try a Mizuno model on a few of the laps.
