Today is meant to be easy- ish with a few opportunities to pick up the pace
and put a little pep back into your legs.
Easy run for a mile. Then do (4) 30/30s. That is 30 seconds of picking up the pace followed by 30 seconds easy. Easy run the rest of the way.
Easy warm up for a mile. Then do (4) 30/30s. 30 second pickup then 30 second easy. on first loop
Same (4) 30/30s after a mile on the 2nd loop.
Water stop in between loops.
