When we do a “shake out” workout it simply means doing some shorter intervals to stretch out the legs and get in a little work.

Don’t consider it a serious workout…therefore just a steady set of 220s

Warmup the Nelson Drive loop back to circle start.

(4 x 10) 220’s finishing the circle for recovery

Cool down the same loop.
