Shakeouts are short interval workouts that are not meant to be all that demanding.
But they do get your heart rate up while giving your legs active stretch out/shake out.
New warmup down Dalrymple across May street - about 1 1/4.
One set: 110 pickup - finish the lake loop. 220 pickup - finish the lake loop.
2-4 sets total.
Cool down back.
