Head out Esplanade and warm up with easy running for 16 minutes. You all know the area so feel free to roam.
Cones will be out at every 110.
Run for 16 minutes. Run at 110 at mile race pace. Rest only 10 seconds(you can use your judgment if it’s easier than looking at your watch that many times).
