There aren’t many hills in Baton Rouge but I’ll try to find them all.
Hills will elevate your heart rate for fitness and strengthen your legs for endurance.
Warm up an easy mile to cone on Steele just past Broussard.
Run 1/4 mile pick up that ends at cone at Hundred Oaks. Rest 30 seconds.
Turn around and run the hilly 1/4 pick up back
Easy run back to Tap 65

3 x 1/4 pickup:
Run 1/4 mile pick up that ends at cone at Hundred Oaks. Rest 30 seconds.
Turn around and run the hilly 1/4 pickup back. 30 second rest.
Turn around and hilly quarter pickup back to Hundred Oaks.
Easy run over to Parker Hills
3 x 1/4 pickup:
Run 1/4 mile pick up that ends at cone at past Reymond. Rest 30 seconds.
Turn around and run the hilly 1/4 pickup back. 30 second rest.
Turn around and hilly quarter pickup back to past Reymond.
Easy run back to Tap 65
