Pointe Coupee Autism Community Advocates are hosting their 2nd Annual autism walk and adding a 5k to the activities! It will be held at the Livonia Lion's Club with the run starting at 8:00 am and walk beginning at 9:30 am!
Everyone that registers by April 1st is guaranteed a t-shirt and race packet! Awards will be given to top runners in each division, to the winner of the 1 mile fun walk, and top individual fundraisers and top team fundraisers!
Jambalaya tickets will be sold before and the day of for $10 before, face painting, 50/50 raffle, jump houses, a bubble station, and balloon making will be available for a fun filled sensory friendly day!
PCACA's fundraising will allow for scholarships to be given to kids within Pointe Coupee, educational opportunities to professionals and community members, advocacy for individuals diagnosed with ASD, and provide family fun days throughout the year! With your help, we can help bring awareness to a diagnosis far too many friends and families in our own community receive each year. You can help raise awareness and advocate for young children and adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder...families that are affected right here in Pointe Coupee!s!
