Runs mostly off road on soft packed limestone White Oak trails. Regular shoes work fine.
Workout will be a timed Ladder Workout.
2 Miles out and back to the one mile mark
4 Miles - out and back to 2 mile - water will be out
8 Miles -
Come early and run 2-4 miles easy.
this is the route we have done for years. Maria always does and excellent job of marking it for us.
Water will be in Randy Ellis driveway at about 4.5 and another one just off the trail past 6 miles.
Warm up 1 mile easy. Then do a timed ladder workout of
6 minute pickup/6 minute easy; 5/5; 4/4; 3/3; 2/2 and 1/1
Plan on sticking around for light breakfast snacks and coffee.
