With the forecast, I’m not sure that we’ll get this in. But running from the store seems like the simplest way to make a game time decision.
Warm up a mile. Then do 8 x 30 second pick up. 60 second recovery. Think of it at 30/60s.
This is just to keep some pop in your legs and actively stretch out muscles and tendons….as opposed to just an easy jog.
