We did some 220 uphills in Hillsdale last. Let’s bump it up to 440/1/4 Miles of rolling hills this week.
**For you marathoners you are working the actual course between Mile 12 and Mile 13 of the race
1 mile warm up to Hundred Oaks and Steele.
2 x 1/4 on the Steele Hill. Jog back on the other side of the boulevard to recovery.
Same mile back to cool down.

Any way you go back to Ingleside church …it’s about a mile.
