the neighborhood event is a 1 mile with a champagne stop on Deaux Parc Ave. But do as many loops as you want.
3 Miles(use this map for out a mile and back)
Run steady 2 miles to the Butler’s and back. End with 4 x 220 strider with 220 recovery after each strider. Each loop of the circle is a little over 220. You don’t need to time these.
Run steady 4 miles to bench with water on Pennington Trail just before Kenilworth Blvd.
