Warm up the playground loop.
Run 4 x 1/4 of the circle with a whole circle recovery to get in the miles. Just steady…not speedy.
Sunset Blvd “predict your mile” but you are doing it in 2 halves with a quarter recovery.
Sign up with me before the run. Put your name and what you will run for a mile (combined total of 2 half miles).
Run the 1st one up and down Sunset. Record the time.
Jog easy quarter around the circle.
Run the 2nd one up and down Sunset. Record the time.
Add them up. How close were you to the predicted time?
