This is that slow easy run that we do every year.
It is said the world class runner, Meb Keflezighi runs a few long runs at 1 minute and a half slower that goal marathon pace.
Marathoners - you can chose 20 or 22 depending on your level of experience. Come early and get some in.
OR maybe you want to add it on at the end and run some of the final miles of the marathon for mental rehearsal. You’d have to work out logistics of leaving a car at the Capitol.
8 Miles Easy- follow the 13 Mile map but don’t do the Tara loop.
